Kits includes detailed greenhouse plans and specifications, a lumber cut list, hardware list, tools list, multiwall polycarbonate panels and install components, step-by-step panel installation instructions, illustrations, and photos to help you build your dream greenhouse. Multiwall polycarbonate panels offer excellent light transmission, UV-protection, and insulation to help create a stable, controlled environment—perfect for extending your growing season.
• Protective Film: Indicates which side of panel is UV-protected. Remove ‘after’ panel is installed.
• Edge Sealing Tape: Should not be exposed to the elements. Cover with a U-channel.
• U-Channels: Drill weep holes in bottom of channel to ensure proper moisture drainage.
• H-Channels: Leave a ‘gap’ between panel and H-channel to allow for expansion and contraction.
• Sealants: Only use a 100% silicone sealant. Check label to ensure product compatibility.
• Cutting Panels: Use a fine-tooth blade with at least 10-teeth per inch for a smooth cut.
• Drilling Panels: Pre-drill screw holes to allow for panel expansion and contraction.
• Fastening Panels: Screw in straight and do not over-tighten—may cause panel to buckle.
